Delta Construction sees changes in shareholding structure
ArabFinance:Delta Construction & Rebuilding (DCRC) announced that shareholder Alya Aly Moustafa Elba has raised her stake in the company to 21.64% from 8.65%, according to a shareholding disclosure filed to the Egyptian Exchange (EGX).
This came after the shareholders purchased 3 million shares in the company at a total value of EGP 44.36 million, equivalent to an average price of EGP 14.78 per share.
On the other hand, shareholder Aly Moustafa Elba has sold 300,000 shares in Delta Construction in a transaction worth EGP 44.37 million or EGP 14.79 per share, cutting his stake to 36.74% from 49.72%, according to a separate filing to the EGX.
Delta Construction is an Egypt-based public shareholding company engaged in the real estate investment sector.
The company’s activities include developing, owning, managing, buying, and selling residential real estate properties, as well as land subdivision and touristic projects development such as resorts and hotels.
