CIB-Colliers International consortium ready to launch 1st phase of Bloomfields’ educational zone

ArabFinance: A consortium comprised the Commercial International Bank Egypt (CIB) (COMI) and Colliers International is getting ready to launch the first phase of the educational zone at Bloomfields project, Hapi Journal reported, citing Colliers’ country director in Egypt Karim Helal.

The first phase will be offered to investors by the end of September or early October, Helal noted.

Located in Mostakbal City, Bloomfields project is owned by Tatweer Misr.

In April, Tatweer Misr signed three contracts worth a combined EGP 3.2 billion to establish educational projects in Egypt.

As per the contracts, the company would set up Egypt’s first New Jersey Institute of Technology (NJIT), in addition to, two schools for the King’s College, and a school for Narmer American College all of which are located at the company’s educational zone at Bloomfields.
