Real Estate Egyptian Consortium's al-Muhairy raises stake to 10.6%

ArabFinance: Real Estate Egyptian Consortium said one of its shareholders, Muhammad al-Muhairy, increased his stake from 6.125% to 10.625%, according to the company's dsclosure.

Al-Muhairy sold 1,800,000 shares at EGP 11.14 per each, with a total amount of EGP 20,048,768.

The company reported a consolidated net profit of EGP 11.328.141 in the January-September period of 2020, a 62% decrease from EGP 30,168,761 achieved in the prior-year months.

Real Estate Egyptian Consortium is an Egypt-based real estate developer and general building contractor, with its major shareholders including the National Bank of Egypt and Suez Canal Bank.
