Capital Link to develop commercial projects in NAC


ArabFinance: Egyptian real estate firm Capital Link Developments intends to carry out three commercial projects in the downtown area of New Administrative Capital (NAC), Zawya cited the company CEO Ashraf Badie on November 1st.

The developments have a total investment of EGP 600 million, which would be split equally at EGP 200 million between the projects, Badie noted.

Capital Link plans to launch the first development Verona, the CEO said, noting that 'Construction of the project, spread over an area of 2,085 square meters, is scheduled to start by end-2020 and conclude by 2023.”

Verona includes 72 offices and clinics, as well as 36 shops, Badie added.

The other two projects, Solano New Capital and Dorrado, span an area of 2,200 square meters and 2,100 square meters, respectively. They would be launched during the first quarter of 2021, according to the CEO.

Both would feature an identical mix of 75 offices and clinics as well as 40 shops, with estimates to be delivered by 2023, Badie said.

Cairo-based Arkan Consultants has designed the three projects, Capital Link’s official added.

Capital Link aims to launch a diverse package of its projects according to the highest quality standards, Head of Sales Ahmed Zayed earlier stated.

The developer also plans “to pump more investments to become one of the largest companies operating in the NAC,” according to Zayed.
