EgyLease to issue EGP 750M in securitized bonds


ArabFinance: EgyLease, the leasing arm of Industrial Development & Workers Bank of Egypt, is working on issuing EGP 750 million in securitized bonds, Al Taamir Chairman Mazen Hassan told Hapi Journal.

The move will be carried out by Misr Capital and state-affiliated securitization firm Al Taamir.

Hassan did not give further details regarding the issuance.

Hassan added that his company is in talks to manage issuances for Al Oula, Palm Hills, and Mountain View.

Al Oula is planning an EGP 650 million securitized bond sale, which still needs to be signed off on by the company’s board.
