Aldar Properties asks to extend period to submit MTO on SODIC


ArabFinance: Aldar Properties asked the Financial Regulatory Authority (FRA) to extend the period of submission of a mandatory tender offer (MTO) on Six of Development and Investment's (SODIC) (OCDI) shares for 30 days, according to FRA’s filing to the Egyptian Exchange.

The FRA extended the period of MTO submission for 30 days starting June 14th, the end date of the first period granted by the FRA to Aldar.

SODIC will distribute annual cash dividends of EGP 0.550 per share on June 9th.

The listed company posted a consolidated net profi of EGP 100.468 million in quarter one (Q1) of 2021.

SODIC developer announced that its gross contracted sales reached EGP 1.85 billion during Q1, 2021, 114% higher when compared to Q1 2020

Established in 1996 and listed on EGX in 1998, SODIC operates within the real estate sector, focusing on development projects and operations.
