The Ministry of Housing announced its patronage of the Egyptian Pavilion inaugurated in the International Property Show (IPS) in Dubai held from the 9th to 11th of April 2018. Mountain View-DMG is chosen as the golden sponsor of the pavilion in which the company is expected to showcase a number of its real-estate products in 13 different projects, and on top of them is the distinguished iApartment of the iCity project in the 6th of October and New Cairo.

This is considered the first participation for Egypt in the exhibition, in a gesture that shows the full support of the Egyptian state for the Egyptian real-estate market and to endorse more international opportunities to export Egyptian real estate abroad.

Commenting on the participation, Ayman Ismail, CEO of Mountain View-DMG, stated: 'The International Property Show is a great opportunity for Egyptian developers to showcase Egyptian real-estate and what the market can offer to the world as one of the most promising markets in the region. We are proud to be sponsors of the Egyptian pavilion as it is the first time that Egypt participates in this world-renowned exhibition.'

Ismail added that Mountain View's participation in the international exhibition is part of the company's vision and strategy to promote Egyptian real-estate abroad, especially in the GCC, as a region rich in investment opportunities.

The three-day exhibition features a number of specialized property pavilions - alongside the Egyptian pavilion - with Europe as part of the “Mega Property Sales Platform”, which feature many exclusive real-estate offers and discounted real-estate products. The participating companies, banks and agents offer the best deals during the exhibition period. In addition, investors search for profitable projects in different countries, and to obtain free real estate and legal advice for local deals and auctions during the exhibition. They obtain financing facilities from banks, which covers administrative fees, real-estate services and interest rates.

The Egyptian pavilion has an allocated area of 5000 square meters of the total area of the exhibition which is 25 thousand square meters. The number of investors is expected to reach 4000 investors from different countries, besides the visitors. The exhibition aims to reflect the purchasing capabilities of more than 10 nationalities worldwide.
